Week 17

How far along? 17 Weeks, 2 Days
Total weight gain/loss: 7 lbs
Maternity clothes? Still just the maternity leggings from Target - they are seriously so comfy
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: Sleeping okay. I wake up at 2:00 AM on the dot every night though, it's starting to get super annoying
Best moment this week: Not getting a headache yet :) Wahoo!
Miss Anything? I miss sleeping on my tummy
Movement: Not yet, hopefully soon. I can't wait!
Food cravings: Sweets! I'm slightly obsessed with sherbet ice cream at the moment
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing lately
Have you started to show yet: I'm going to go with sorta/kinda. At the moment I just look like I ate one too many burritos for lunch
Gender: Boy
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out: In
Wedding rings on or off: On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy and finally starting to accept the fact that we are having a little boy
Looking forward to: Decorating the nursery and feeling my little peanut move

 

At my last Dr. appointment my Dr. switched to the 3D image ultrasound. It was so cool to see my baby in 3D. He wouldn't turn around so we could see his face though - he was being stubborn just like his daddy :) I love the second image with his little hand up on his head. At every ultrasound we have had, baby always has his hands on his head. It's so cute!!! I seriously cannot wait to meet this little guy. He has already stolen my heart!

 

Week 14

How far along? 14 Weeks, 3 Days
Total weight gain/loss: 4 lbs
Maternity clothes? I've bought some maternity clothes, but the only thing I have been wearing are the amazing maternity leggings from Target. They are so comfy, I may just start wearing them all the time!
Stretch marks? Nope!
Sleep: Sleeping good, waking up less in the night which is a plus!
Best moment this week: Finding out we are going to be having a little BOY!!!
Have you told family and friends: Yes!
Miss Anything? I miss having my swimsuits fit, my boobs literally fit in nothing haha!
Movement: Not yet
Food cravings: Still craving sweets like a mad woman
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nothing so far - I have been really lucky
Have you started to show yet: Sort of - I just look like I'm getting chubby
Gender prediction: We have our next appointment with the Dr. on July 18th to confirm the gender

Looking forward to: Decorating the nursery and shopping for the little one

 

Just look at how cute my little peanuts profile is! I sure can't wait to kiss that little nose!!!! I love getting ultrasounds done and watching my little one kick and squirm around. It amazes me every time!
